The redesign

  • New public landing page — minimal, generous whitespace, and a single brand accent that lets the product speak for itself.
  • Login rebuilt as a two-column layout: live app preview on one side, sign-in on the other.
  • Todos gets a personalized greeting, live stats (total tasks / due this week / flagged), and refreshed card design.
  • Notes, Keys, Tags, Calendar, and Settings each show a full preview of what’s coming — no more blank pages.
  • App is now installable as a PWA on any device.

Drag and drop, done right

  • Tasks now snap to the exact position you drop them — above or below the card you’re targeting, not just anywhere in the column.
  • The card keeps its shape and rounded chrome while dragging, so you always know what you’re moving.
  • Reorder feels noticeably snappier, especially on longer boards.

Your workspace, locked to you

  • Sign in with Google — one tap, no password to manage.
  • Personal access list: only invited accounts can reach the workspace.
  • Share a link with anyone — they’ll hit the sign-in wall and see nothing else.
